Welcome to Central Coast Fishing
This is a community for anglers fishing the California Central Coast - from Monterey down to Santa Barbara, including Morro Bay, Avila, Pismo, and points in between.
Quick rules
- Be respectful. Disagreements are fine, personal attacks are not.
- No spot burning. Share general areas ("north Morro Bay"), not GPS pins to private honey holes.
- Tag your posts. Pick a primary tag (Salt Water, Fresh Water, Reports, etc.) and a region tag if it is a report.
- Pictures encouraged. Use the upload button in the post composer for catch photos and conditions.
- Follow CDFW regs. This is a legal-fishing community. Posts about poached or undersized fish will be removed.
- Sign up to post. Reading is open to everyone, posting requires a free account.
